  • 12h00 : Opening of the Food Truck area
  • 13h00 : Opening of the Village Expo and withdrawal of race numbers (full pack, jersey, etc.)
  • 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: introduction to Latin dances and festive outdoor Latin evening!
  • 19h00 : Number withdrawal closes

SUNDAY 28 SEPTEMBRE 2025

Plan d’eau APT

  • 8h00 : Opening of the participant grid,
  • 9h00 : Group start of the GF Luberon 115km
  • 9h05 à 9h15 : Free start to the walk, just after the GF
  • 10h00 : Opening of the Village Expo and start of the entertainment
  • 11h15 : Arrival of the first rider
  • 12h00 : Food Truck area open
  • 15h30 : Start of the awards ceremony
  • 17h00 : Arrival of the last competitor
  • 17h00 : Restaurant closure
  • 18h00 : End of entertainment and closure of the show
