  • 12:00 a.m. : Opening of the Food Truck area
  • 12:00 a.m : Opening of the Village Expo and withdrawal of race numbers (full pack, jersey, etc.)
  • 7:00 p.m. : Number withdrawal closes
  • 7:00 p.m. : Tango party
  • 8:30 p.m.: Free introduction to Latin dancing for all.
  • 9:00 p.m. Latin evening with DJ Stan (free – sheltered in case of bad weather). Food trucks on site for catering

SUNDAY 28 SEPTEMBRE 2025

Plan d’eau APT

  • 8h00 : Opening of the participant grid,
  • 9h00 : Group start of the Granfondo and Mediofondo.
  • 9h05 à 9h15 : Free start “Rando”, just after.
  • 10h00 : Opening of the Village Expo and start of the entertainment
  • 10h50 : Arrival of the first Randonnée rider
  • 11h40 : Arrival of the first Mediofondo rider
  • 12h00 : Food Truck area open
  • 12h40 : Arrival of the first Granfondo rider
  • 15h30 : Start of the awards ceremony
  • 17h00 : Arrival of the last competitor
  • 17h00 : Restaurant closure
  • 18h00 : End of entertainment and closure of the show
